Lab Eleven was recently approached by a company in need of a new website and a better way to track their employees and service tickets. This new ticket system needed to be integrated directly into their new website and have the following features:
- The ability for customers to create an account and submit service tickets.
- Assign an agent to a service ticket and to specify an allocated time.
- Allow the agent to keep track of their hours and the parts they used for each service ticket.
- Create a payroll report using the agent's submitted hours.
- Keep track of the progress of each service ticket and which service tickets need invoicing.
- ....and much more.

Lab Eleven soon after released their new website with the integrated ticketing system. This ticketing systems worked side by side with a robust and easy to use content management system. Using a single login, website administrators could easily edit website content, add and delete users, view and create tickets, create payroll reports and more.
